Why a clear understanding throughout the organization is important for the success of any strategy

The moment of truth!

The Harvard Institute research showed that one out of seven employees in the organization knows and understands common strategic goals.

If we remain convinced that the understanding of strategy is reserved for "people at the strategic table" and that it is a complex topic for a large part of our organization, then its execution will also be complex and often without results.
In order for the strategy to "live", employees must have simple answers to followed simple questions:

WHAT? What is our common goal?
WHY? Why is that goal important?
HOW? What exactly should I do, as part of the system, to achieve the common goal, that is - What is my goal?
WHERE ARE WE? What are our results?
HOW FURTHER? What we have done and what we will do

These questions and their answers should be an integral part of our daily work, in a way to create an organizational habit of continuous focus on the result we want to achieve, translating the strategy into a simple and understandable language for all employees in the organization.

If we agree that "battles" win "war", then it is clear to us that almost every "battle" is fought far from the strategic table and is fought by people who are in all organizational parts - let's include them.
