Last Friday, the Lotse team hosted the first GENfusion HUB, where individuals from different generations, professions, companies, and educational backgrounds came together to shed light on the topic of intergenerational collaboration.
Through a carefully designed and facilitated three-hour program, participants quickly connected and engaged in discussions about generational differences and intergenerational cooperation.
When a group, where most members are meeting for the first time, asks after just three hours of joint work, “When can we do this again?”—it’s clear how successful the first GENfusion HUB was.
Addressing intergenerational collaboration in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and open conversation that leads to solutions demonstrates that our approach works. Our formula for maximizing the productivity of intergenerational cooperation and transforming it into a generator of success and innovation is effective—this is the GENfusion methodology.
