In today's business context, it is more than clear that without a quality people management approach, there are no long-term business results.
The goal of the training is to remove the doubt as to whether people management is a subject of HR or management and how best to approach that subject.
This training is designed for all professionals whose results depend on the results of their teams.

• Trend awareness, why people and organization have become hot topics in modern business and why they will be more and more so?
• How much does bad leadership cost us in business?
• What is the minimum we need to know about people management in order to be successful in business?
