Last week, we held a "Business communication with difficult clients" training for one of our long term clients.

This topic is extremely important for all people in the business world, because there is no person who has not met a demanding client in business. Starting with the fact that all clients are different, through understanding the psychology of difficult clients, we came to how we personally react to different clients and how we could do it differently.
