Understanding the process of team formation and development, team dynamics and team roles is an important factor in the joint achievement of business results.
Our training at Frikom DOO Frikom DOO gave the participants the opportunity to deepen their understanding of this process through participation in an activity some deemed unusual, others thought it was not likely to be implemented, and some found it quite simple from the very beginning. In any case, it was an encouraging experience for everyone because we reached the result with the engagement of all the participants, from the point where we were not sure how we would complete the process, to the point where we all played a well-known track together on different instruments.
