The way we treat each other during teamwork, and the way we communicate, cooperate and coordinate the execution of tasks, it all represents team dynamics. There are many factors that can affect team dynamics, and one of them is the business context, i.e. the environment in which each business operates.
With LEDO plus d.o.o. team, we primarily went through the theoretical elements and methodology behind the impact of the business context on team dynamics. And in order to experience the theoretical concept we talked about – we used graphic examples to gain significant insights into the ways in which trust, open communication and information exchange are the responsibility of each individual in the team so that the team dynamics remains stable and steady, even in the most challenging business contexts.
