When HR needs to sit at the strategic table, it is important to recognize the right moment to do so, to know the way to approach it, what to say and to clarify his/her role at it.
Once HR is already sitting at the table, it becomes a “new game level”.
It is important to know how to stay at the table and how to handle everything which is going to be put at it – the expectations, the pressure, yet also the beauty of being part of the team who bring key decisions for people and business, still taking care not to be drawn in the non-productive direction.
