Strategy - then and now!

Strategic planning in companies just a few years ago was very often a robust and complex process.

It was usually done by forecasting the next 5 years and spending most of the time dealing with all the input parameters to predict and "create" our future.

Like all processes in today's organizations, this process also gets its "makover".

Strategic planning is wisely translated into an agile process that is done in a focused, fast and quality manner with the aim of defining future goals and considering alternatives for them.

Companies that do not turn their strategic planning towards agile, sooner or later in an easier or harder way will understand that in unpredictable circumstances we cannot stick to something based on great predictability.

New ways of thinking about business strategy are necessary, do you practice them?
