We started our cooperation with Frikom with a consulting project in the HR field, and now we are working on development training programs for different training groups.
In one day, with a very active group, we came to many applicable insights related to business communication.
We mostly talked about feedback as a tool that should be part of everyday communication in the business, and not only reserved for the moment when we summarize the year or when we encounter problems at work.
