Together with employees from the IT and Procurement departments of Atlantic Group in Zagreb, we delivered another training program focused on change management.
Through practical exercises and the exchange of experiences, we explored how to successfully lead change, support teams, and understand the different stages people go through during organizational transformation. Special attention was given to the leader's role in building trust and creating an environment where change is more easily accepted.
💬 "People rarely resist change itself—they resist the way change is introduced. When leaders understand the needs of their teams and communicate change clearly and consistently, they create the conditions for people to embrace and actively support it." – This was one of the key messages of the training.
