Leadership today is about much more than making decisions. It means taking responsibility for people, the relationships we build, and the way our behavior influences our teams.
This was the focus of the leadership development program for middle management at Titan Cementara Kosjerić. Through practical business scenarios and hands-on learning, participants strengthened their decision-making, communication, and relationship-building skills while gaining a deeper understanding of their role in today's business environment.
Developing leaders is not only an opportunity to acquire new knowledge but also to reflect on one's leadership approach and strengthen the skills needed to provide better support to their teams.
