Intergenerational Differences – Marina Matić at SAM

At the invitation of the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM)our colleague Marina Matić took part in SAM Talks event, where she spoke about one of the most relevant topics in modern leadership – leading multigenerational teams.

Drawing on GENadaptive leadership approach, Marina shared insights into how generational differences can become an opportunity for growth when the focus shifts from generational labels to understanding individual needs, adaptability, and effective collaboration. At a time when as many as five generations work side by side within organizations, this approach helps leaders build stronger connections and create more successful teams.

💬 "Generational diversity is not a challenge to overcome but a potential to understand. When we stop viewing people through generational labels, we create space for better collaboration, greater trust, and stronger results", Marina emphasized.

We would like to thank the Serbian Association of Managers for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of the SAM Talks event and contribute to an important conversation on a topic that is becoming increasingly relevant for organizations and leaders today. ✨
