At this year’s HR WEEKEND, held in Rovinj from September 18–21, consulting company LOTSE took part with a 50-minute workshop led by LOTSE co-owners Ivana Solunac and Marina Matić.
The workshop topic – “Intergenerational Collaboration in HR” — opened an important conversation about how different generations together shape modern HR practices. Participants had the opportunity to explore, through examples and discussion, both the challenges and opportunities that come with working in multigenerational teams.
