It was a great pleasure to hold a team coaching session last week for the management team of the Bronzin and Buta restaurants in Šibenik.
Through team activities and discussions, we managed to come up with useful insights together and encourage thinking outside the usual frames.
The participants were very open and ready to come up with some new ideas that will allow them to continue providing a superior experience to their guests.
