With the HR team on the groundsil of a brand new project, one of the key steps at the very beginning of the project is to map team strengths and areas for team development.
This is something that helps us to better see how we will work and where the obstacles, that are inevitable, may lie, but that are easier to overcome by thinking a few steps ahead.
Two weeks ago, we held a half-day workshop with the HR team of our client Frikom DOO and jointly embarked on the three-month project ahead of us.
