Every month throughout the year, the Lotse consulting experts team collaborates with the client’s GENfusion hub, which consists of representatives from different generations, sectors, and organizational levels within the company. This team also includes key project sponsors such as the company’s director and HR representatives, who participate in raising awareness of generational topics, identifying specific company challenges, and finding concrete solutions.
2. Neutral Group of the LOTSE GENfusion Hub
Simultaneously, Lotse works with a neutral GENfusion group, made up of employees from different generations across various fields and industries unconnected to the client. This group generates topics, discusses and tests the client’s potential solutions, and provides a neutral external perspective to ensure the effectiveness and long-term applicability of the client’s proposed ideas.
3. Training and Certification of Internal Employees
After six months of collaboration, the client, in partnership with Lotse team, identifies a few key employees to undergo intensive training and certification for the application of the GENfusion methodology. This empowers employees to continue leading and implementing this methodology within the company long after the program concludes, ensuring a lasting impact on the business.
Results and Continuity
GENfusion initiates intense and constructive dialogue among generations within the company, ensuring continuous work on this topic through a unique methodology designed to address the client’s specific challenges. Additionally, it educates and certifies selected employees within the company to apply the GENfusion methodology following the one-year program.
In this way, the topic of generational collaboration gains strength and continuity during and after the one-year program, delivering ongoing results.
