No matter how well HR processes are set up, their true value becomes evident in the day-to-day work of teams. This is precisely where “people” managers play a central role – those who connect the business, HR, and employees, and who shape the everyday work experience within the organization.
That is why, within the HRger project, we conducted a training dedicated to their role, with a focus on the bigger picture – managers’ responsibility in people processes and their contribution to employee development, engagement, and retention.
An empowered middle management means a stronger organization as a whole. Because HR does not live in procedures and documents, but in everyday behaviors, decisions, and the way people are led.
