As part of its second activity of the year, the HR Forum, organized by AmCham Serbia, held a workshop that brought together professionals from the field of human resources. The topic of the workshop – intergenerational challenges and collaboration – highlighted the importance of understanding and connecting across generations in the workplace.

"Today, we have people from five different generations – from Baby Boomers to Generation Alpha. It is important to recognize their specific traits and not succumb to prejudices, as these are key factors in creating a successful work environment," Marina pointed out.
