As part of its second activity of the year, the HR Forum, organized by AmCham Serbia, held a workshop that brought together professionals from the field of human resources. The topic of the workshop – intergenerational challenges and collaboration – highlighted the importance of understanding and connecting across generations in the workplace.
💬 "When the problem is 'seen,' a response is needed." This motto clearly reminds us of the importance of reacting to challenges in real-time, especially when it comes to intergenerational differences in the work environment.
Marina Matić, co-owner of LOTSE, managed to inspire participants through her twenty years of experience in HR, emphasizing the importance of understanding the values and priorities of different generations. 🌍✨
"Today, we have people from five different generations – from Baby Boomers to Generation Alpha. It is important to recognize their specific traits and not succumb to prejudices, as these are key factors in creating a successful work environment," Marina pointed out.
