In a time of constant change, leaders are expected to lead themselves, their teams, and their organizations simultaneously. That is why developing leadership competencies has become one of the most important factors for long-term success.
At the end of last year and the beginning of this year, we delivered the GENadaptive Leadership program for the management team of Generali Osiguranje Srbija, with more than 40 participants completing the program. As part of the initiative, we also conducted a workshop for Regional Sales Directors, focused on developing the skills needed to successfully lead through change and manage teams in a dynamic business environment.
Today, leadership means much more than making decisions. It requires understanding people, adapting to different situations, and creating an environment where change becomes an opportunity for growth.
