Today, as many as five generations work side by side within organizations. Understanding their diverse experiences, expectations, and ways of working is one of the key challenges of modern leadership.
This topic was at the heart of the second session of the GENadaptive Leadership with the top management team of Comtrade Distribution. Through open discussions and practical work on real-life business situations, we explored how different generations can collaborate effectively, learn from one another, and build stronger, more successful teams together.
