We have launched the GENadaptive Leadership program with the top management team of Comtrade Distribution.
During the first session, we opened important discussions on how generational characteristics and individual differences are shaped within an increasingly complex business environment.
The program is focused on developing leadership that understands and connects different generations, with an emphasis on flexibility, adaptability, and the co-creation of practices suited to modern teams.
We look forward to the upcoming sessions, where we will further deepen these topics, re-examine existing approaches, and jointly build leadership models that support work in multigenerational teams.
