Lotse is a company founded in April 1st 2022, which came to be as a result of a long term friendship between the two of us, today godmothers, and once a CEO and an HR Manager. Working together side by side we realized that there can be no business without people and that it is people who make business move forward. We realized this through sharing our personal values and working in a rather pragmatic way.

We want our clients to be able to say that we have helped them overcome all their business obstacles by providing them with very specific and essential piece of advice.
