HOW WE CAME TO BE...
Lotse is a company founded in April 1st 2022, which came to be as a result of a long term friendship between the two of us, today godmothers, and once a CEO and an HR Manager. Working together side by side we realized that there can be no business without people and that it is people who make business move forward. We realized this through sharing our personal values and working in a rather pragmatic way.
We want our clients to be able to say that we have helped them overcome all their business obstacles by providing them with very specific and essential piece of advice. We would also like them to be able to say that we have constantly encouraged them to develop as individuals, teams and entire organizations.

Why GENfusion program?
Generational differences have always existed and have long been one of the most discussed topics in modern business – we observe them, talk about them, but the right solution to this challenge is still missing.
Our intensive work with clients over the years has shown us that the generational gap significantly impacts a decline in productivity, increased employee turnover, challenges in recruitment and selection, interpersonal relationships, and employee development.
The real question for everyone in business is how to work with all five generations simultaneously – and make it work in practice!
GENfusion is a systematic approach that enhances intergenerational collaboration within a company, involving different groups with various roles over the course of a year-long program.
The GENfusion methodology was officially registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia in October 2024.
GENfusion program description
The GENfusion program begins by raising awareness of all key topics essential for intergenerational collaboration within a specific company and generating ideas that can significantly enhance intergenerational cooperation at the company-wide level.
The central part of the program, called "From Idea to Implementation," involves working on creating concrete solutions and turning them into actions that are applicable at the company-wide level.
The final part of the program is the sustainability session, which includes all participants of the year-long program. Its purpose is to review what has been achieved during the program and ensure continuity in the next steps related to improving intergenerational collaboration.
The program is led by the client’s GENfusion HUB, a group consisting of members from different generations, sectors, and organizational levels.
At key stages of the program, representatives from management and human resources are involved to provide strong support for this initiative.
Throughout the program, a neutral group, the LOTSE GENfusion HUB, continuously works. This group is composed of professionals from various generations, industries, and professions. The role of the LOTSE GENfusion HUB is to test the solutions and ideas proposed by the client’s GENfusion HUB and provide insights into the benefits and risks of the proposed solutions. This ensures a neutral perspective from a relevant group.
The certification process for GENfusion facilitators
To ensure that the topic of intergenerational collaboration remains a focus in the company even after the one-year program and continues to thrive through high-quality solutions, the LOTSE team has designed a certification program for several members of the client’s GENfusion HUB. The purpose of this program is to certify internal employees in the quality and protected methodology, enabling them to independently continue working on this topic within the company—a topic that is permanent and will only grow in complexity.
The certification process consists of three educational modules, each lasting two working days, conducted in person and in a group setting in Belgrade.
